Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use oreo5d. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. oreo5d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited.

2.2 Residency. The Platform is operated with the Indonesian market as its primary audience. You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted in your jurisdiction to access and use online betting platforms. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using oreo5d is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not eligible to register.

2.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, agents, and immediate family members of oreo5d and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a Member account or place any wager on the Platform.

3.1 Single Account Rule. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active Account on oreo5d. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or via other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your national ID or passport), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, active email address, and valid mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any other person. oreo5d will never request your password by email, chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or by a third party to whom you have disclosed your credentials — is your sole responsibility.

3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any other person to use your Account. Any winnings generated through unauthorized use of your Account by a third party may be voided.

3.5 Account Suspension and Closure. oreo5d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring. In cases of confirmed fraud, oreo5d may freeze the Account and withhold funds pending investigation or legal proceedings.

4.1 Verification Requirement. Before processing any withdrawal, oreo5d requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Verification may also be triggered at any time upon account review. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by oreo5d may result in account suspension.

4.2 Documents Required. You must submit the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• A clear, color scan or photograph of your valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP Nasional) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and expiry date;
• A recent selfie photograph of yourself holding the submitted ID document alongside a handwritten note stating "oreo5d" and the current date;
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document) dated within the last three months showing your name and address matching the registration details.

4.3 Document Review. All submitted documents are reviewed by our compliance team within 24 to 72 hours. oreo5d reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification at any stage. Until verification is complete, withdrawal functionality will remain restricted.

4.4 Document Storage. All personal documents submitted for KYC purposes are stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used solely for identity verification, anti-fraud measures, and regulatory compliance.

5.1 Accepted Currency. All deposits, balances, and transactions on oreo5d are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No other currency is accepted.

5.2 Payment Methods. oreo5d supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is displayed at the time of deposit.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. Members in the Black Diamond tier enjoy significantly higher deposit ceilings — contact your personal account manager for details.

5.4 Deposit Processing. Bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are typically reflected in your Account balance within 1 to 5 minutes. In rare cases of technical delay, processing may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 15 minutes, contact our 24/7 support team immediately with your transaction reference number.

5.5 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited. You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts belonging to another person) are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source, minus any applicable transaction fees. Accounts found repeatedly attempting third-party deposits will be suspended.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. oreo5d operates in full compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposits are subject to monitoring, and any suspicious or unusually large transactions may trigger an account review. You may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation before processing certain withdrawals.

6.1 KYC Prerequisite. All withdrawals require a fully verified Account. If your KYC verification is incomplete or under review, withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of verification.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum single-withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and payment method. Standard members may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction; Diamond and Black Diamond members enjoy significantly higher limits.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Time. Verified withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next business day. Large withdrawal amounts (above Rp 100,000,000) may require additional compliance review and take up to 24 hours.

6.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for deposit wherever technically feasible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement and cannot be waived. If you wish to withdraw to a different bank account, you must first contact support and provide verification of ownership of the new account.

6.5 Wagering Requirements. Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) for sports bets or turned over one (1) time on casino games before the deposited amount becomes eligible for withdrawal. This policy prevents the Platform from being used as a money-transfer service and is a standard anti-money laundering measure.

6.6 Bonus Wagering. Any active Bonus Credit on your Account must meet its specific wagering requirement before the bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. Standard bonus wagering is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms. Withdrawing real funds before completing bonus wagering will forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is active. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available only to verified Members who have completed KYC and have not previously abused any promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called turnover requirement) that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real money. The standard requirement is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus requires Rp 10,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal. Specific promotions may have different requirements — always check the promotion page.

7.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10% to 50%, and sports bets contribute based on odds (higher-odds bets contribute more). Full contribution tables are available on each promotion's detail page.

7.4 Maximum Bet with Bonus. While an active bonus is in play, the maximum bet per spin, hand, or single wager is Rp 50,000. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and all winnings derived from it.

7.5 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors, or using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering with minimal risk — constitutes bonus abuse. oreo5d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where abuse is detected.

7.6 Withdrawal During Active Bonus. Requesting a withdrawal before completing bonus wagering will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from the bonus funds. Real-money deposits and winnings from real-money wagers are not affected.

8.1 General Betting Rules. All bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport, game, or event type. Detailed rules for football betting, live casino, togel, and other products are available in the Help section of the Platform.

8.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a unique bet reference number has been issued. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been accepted. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet has not been placed.

8.3 Bet Settlement. All bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Indonesian Football Federation for BRI Liga 1 matches, Evolution Gaming for live casino hands, the official draw operator for togel). oreo5d does not recognize unofficial statistics or third-party scorelines.

8.4 Cancellation and Voiding. oreo5d reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a technical error (such as an obviously incorrect odds display), where an event is cancelled or postponed beyond a reasonable rescheduling window, or where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or match-fixing.

8.5 Maximum Payouts. The maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator is Rp 500,000,000 unless your VIP tier entitles you to a higher limit. Even if the calculated return on a winning bet exceeds this amount, the payout will be capped at the maximum.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on oreo5d and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Underage Gambling: Any use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or maintaining more than one Account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting differences in odds or latency between oreo5d and other platforms to guarantee profit.
• Bonus Abuse: Manipulating bonus terms, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, or using wagering strategies designed to clear bonuses with minimal risk.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Employing any software, script, bot, or automated system to place bets, scrape data, or interact with the Platform.
• Fraud and Identity Theft: Using stolen payment methods, falsifying documents, or registering an account in another person's name.
• Money Laundering: Using oreo5d to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal sources.
• Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineering any part of the system.

Consequences: Any Member found engaging in prohibited activities will have their Account immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the oreo5d platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and compilation of data — is the exclusive property of oreo5d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited License. By using the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use oreo5d solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from oreo5d.

10.3 Trademark. "oreo5d" and associated logos are registered or common-law trademarks of oreo5d. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

11.1 Use at Your Own Risk. You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. oreo5d provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, functionality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11.2 Technical Issues. oreo5d shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, server downtime, software malfunctions, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a system error that affects bet settlement, oreo5d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

11.3 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Spribe) and payment processors. oreo5d is not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of these third-party services. Any disputes regarding third-party games must be directed to the relevant provider.

11.4 Maximum Liability. In no event shall oreo5d's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.5 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. oreo5d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if oreo5d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.1 Right to Modify. oreo5d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform.

12.2 Notification. Where material changes are made, oreo5d will make reasonable efforts to notify Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of oreo5d after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which oreo5d is licensed and regulated, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of oreo5d, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We commit to responding within 48 hours and working in good faith toward a resolution.

13.3 Arbitration. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be mutually agreed upon or determined by the arbitrator.

13.4 Waiver of Class Action. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
